This report reviews the implementation status of recommendations related to the Crime Prevention Fund, investigative and prosecutorial policies, enforcement of fines, the Public Prosecutor's role in incident-based investigations, and cooperation between Public Prosecutors' offices. Out of 29 recommendations, 6 were fully implemented, 9 were partially implemented, and 14 were not implemented, highlighting ongoing challenges in policy compliance and enforcement.
