2023 — Public order maintenance in Curaçao

With this investigation, the Council is involved in the functioning of the judicial organizations the maintenance of public order. The Council assesses the aspects: legislation and policy, authority and direction, management, assistance, and so on cooperation. The result of the research indicates that in maintaining public order, space is in need of improvement, partly because the Curaçao Police Corps lacks personnel capacity and resources.
