2021 — Execution of criminal sentences

In this investigation, the Council examines to what extent the procedure for the execution of criminal sentences complies with the general principles of law and the other requirements laid down for this purpose. The Council comes to the final conclusion that the implementation of the procedures for the execution of the criminal sentences still do not sufficiently meet the set standards.
