2021 — Evaluation of mutual detention arrangements

At the request of the Judicial Four-Party Consultation, the Council for the law enforcement evaluated the Mutual Arrangements (ORDs). The Council is of the opinion that ORDs 1, 2 and 3 largely meet the objective for which they are affected. ORD4 is involved in several important areas, such as informing ministers and reimbursement of costs, not properly implemented.
