2019 — Review of the prosecution policy of the Public Prosecutor's Office in Curaçao

In this review, the Council examines whether and to what extent the recommendations given by the Council to the minister in the 2015 investigation “the prosecution policy of the Public Prosecution Service” have been implemented. The Council notes that the majority of the recommendations have not been followed. The Council considers it necessary to improve the quality of management and the performance of tasks that the recommendations are still followed.
