This inspection study examines the effectiveness of the arrest team in Curaçao. In its inspection study, the Council concludes that the arrest team (AT) in Curaçao generally operates effectively and safely. The level of training, skills, armament and resources are adequate and offer sufficient guarantees for the safe execution of tasks. No direct dangers were identified, but there is room for improvement in certain aspects of the performance of tasks. The Council thanks the Public Prosecution Service and the Curaçao Police Force for their cooperation in the study.
