2024 — Study on the judicial approach to relational violence in the Caribbean Netherlands.

In this summary report, the Council examines the extent to which the Public Prosecutor's Office BES (OM BES), the Caribbean Netherlands Police Force (KPCN), the Probation Service Caribbean Netherlands (SRCN), and—to a lesser extent—the Guardianship Council Caribbean Netherlands (VRCN) have implemented the 2017 directive on relational violence issued by the Attorney General of Curaçao, Sint Maarten, and of Bonaire, Sint Eustatius, and Saba. Additionally, the Council assesses the follow-up on the recommendations from its 2020 report concerning the contributions of judicial parties to addressing relational violence in the Caribbean Netherlands.
