2018 — Probation and resocialization in the Caribbean Netherlands: Review of the probation foundation, resocialization process, and Adelanto project by the Krusada Foundation.

This report is a follow-up investigation on the functioning of the Probation Foundation Caribbean Netherlands (SRCN) and the resocialization process in the Caribbean Netherlands. It also examines the role of the Adelanto project by the Krusada Foundation in the resocialization of ex-offenders. The findings indicate that the SRCN has implemented most of the recommendations from a previous 2014 report, with ongoing improvements needed in certain areas, particularly regarding safety measures and client satisfaction surveys. The report underscores the importance of collaboration among various justice partners to improve resocialization outcomes and reduce recidivism.
