2017 — Basic police care in the Caribbean Netherlands: investigation into the organization and functioning of the BPZ Department of the Caribbean Netherlands Police Force.

This report examines the organization and functioning of the Basic Police Care (BPZ) department of the Caribbean Netherlands Police Force (KPCN). The findings indicate that while the BPZ is sufficiently staffed, there are critical challenges, including issues with the leadership structure, coordination between teams on different islands, and the integration of younger and less experienced staff.
